We are hiring HR Operations professionals for an exciting opportunity.

Job Details:
Role: HR Operations
Work Model: Work From Office (5 days a week)
Location: Gurugram
Shift: Day Shift
Cab Facility: No
CTC: ₹27,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations (Hire to Retire)
Manage Onboarding to Exit formalities
Process PF, ESIC, and Gratuity for employees/customers
Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes
Maintain professional email communication and etiquette
Support HR documentation and reporting using basic MS Excel

Eligibility Criteria:
0–2 years of experience or relevant HR internship
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge & Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude
Strong integrity, professionalism, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams and stakeholders
