Role: HR Operations
Location: Badshahpur - Sector 68 | Gurgaon
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline core HR processes. This role will focus on employee lifecycle management, HR systems, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee data while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
Execute day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes
Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations
2. Candidate & Employee Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in #HRMS
Manage #employeedatabases, documentation, and digital records
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics as required
3. HRMS & Systems Management
Manage and optimize HRMS tools for efficiency and accuracy
Handle system updates, troubleshooting, and user support
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and system compliance
4. Payroll & Compensation Support
Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for monthly payroll processing
Validate attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and deductions
Address employee payroll queries and discrepancies
5. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end onboarding process (offer roll-out to induction)
Facilitate documentation, joining formalities, and orientation programs
Handle employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements
6. Excel & Reporting
Use advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred) for data analysis
Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and insights for management
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations and best practices
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting
Understanding of payroll processes and labor compliance
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
