MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory
Minimum internship experience in HR/Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through various platforms
Conduct initial candidate interactions
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
💼 Experience: Freshers with relevant internship experience & experienced candidates
🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR – Mandatory
