Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in preparing job postings and employer branding activities.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
