HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant

Location: Lohegaon, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Work from Office only

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment consultancy team. The role will involve candidate sourcing, recruitment, client communication, and business development/sales.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with both job seekers and company clients, understanding hiring requirements, finding suitable candidates, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify suitable candidates for client requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to understand their skills, experience, and job preferences.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build long-term relationships.
Generate new client leads and approach companies for recruitment requirements.
Explain recruitment services to potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Follow up with clients regarding open positions, interviews, selections, and candidate joining.
Maintain candidate and client records and regularly update recruitment status.
Achieve recruitment and business development targets.

Requirements:
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA/Business Administration background is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates over phone and WhatsApp/email.
Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work in recruitment as well as sales/business development.
Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Candidates who are comfortable with calling, client interaction, and sales will be preferred.
