Bajaj Finserv is hiring HR Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team.
🔹 Position: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
📍 Locations: Viman Nagar, Pune
💰 Salary: 18k+Incentives
🕒 Experience: 0.6 to 01 year
🎓 Eligibility: Only pass-out candidates (no pursuing students)
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for Non-IT profiles for bulk hiring.
3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers all state.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles.
5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
7. Support HR operations, onboarding and recruitment reporting.
