💼 Job Role
Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Regular follow-ups until joining
Achieve hiring targets within timelines

✅ Eligibility
✔ Minimum 6 Months of Recruitment Experience
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing is preferred
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Serious, responsible & result-oriented professionals only
✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred

💰 Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)
