Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Candidates with experience in Recruitment Consultancies or Healthcare Recruitment domain are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment
Candidate sourcing through job portals and social media
Resume screening and shortlisting
Conducting initial HR screening
Interview scheduling and coordination
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
