💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Source and screen candidates for various job openings
🔹 Handle staffing and recruitment activities
🔹 Manage candidate documentation
🔹 Coordinate and support the onboarding process
🔹 Communicate with candidates and guide them throughout the hiring process

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in blue-collar recruitment is preferred
✅ Candidates with a genuine interest in recruitment/staffing are welcome
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
