About the Role-
Steppingstone Consultancy Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The selected candidate will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process and will work for clients to identify and attract top talent.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, we are also looking for someone who can support basic marketing activities, which includes lead generation and mail Communication.

Key Responsibilities-
🔹Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn etc.
🔹Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
🔹Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
🔹Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
🔹Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
🔹Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
🔹Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
🔹Support marketing activities, including lead generation, identifying potential clients, and mail communication.

Requirements-
✔️Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any field.
✔️Freshers or candidates having 2 to 6 months of internship experience can also apply.
✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage.
✔️Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals.
✔️Basic understanding of lead generation will be an added advantage.
✔️Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
