HR Recruiter
✔ Source and screen candidate profiles
✔ Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate coordination
✔ Schedule interviews with clients
✔ Maintain recruitment databases and reports
✔ Build strong candidate relationships
Sales Executive
✔ Generate leads and business opportunities
✔ Communicate with potential clients
✔ Build and maintain client relationships
✔ Achieve monthly targets and business goals
✔ Support business growth initiatives

Going for this role at The Airix Consultancy? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
