​🔑 Key Responsibilities
​Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
​Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and networking.
​Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate client rounds.
​Maintain recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and MIS reports/trackers.
​Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups through joining.
​Build and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
​🎯 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
​Positions closed & Time-to-fill vacancies
​Interview-to-selection & Offer-to-joining ratios
​Client satisfaction & Revenue contribution through successful closures
​🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
​Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).
​Experience: Open to both experienced recruiters and freshers with strong communication skills.
​Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal & assessment skills, candidate sourcing, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
