Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support onboarding and documentation activities
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Work closely with recruiters on end-to-end recruitment activities
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
