Key Responsibilities
* Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews.
* Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
* Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
* Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.
* Coordinate internship and campus hiring drives.
* Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with the HR team on live projects and day-to-day operations.
Preferred Skills
