What You'll Do:
Recruit teachers, lecturers, academic leaders, and school staff.
Support faculty hiring for School Integrated Programs (SIPs).
Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with educational institutions(SIPS)
Contribute to building one of India's growing academic recruitment platforms.
We're Looking For:
Passionate and self-driven individuals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-growing startup environment.
Experience in education recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.

Going for the HR role at Company not specified? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
