→ Fixed #Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
→ #Registration Fee: ₹199 (One-Time Only)
→ #Incentive: ₹50 per successful joining

🎯 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

→ #Source candidates through #job portals and #social media.
→ #Screen resumes and conduct #telephonic interviews.
→ #Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
→ #FollowUp until candidate joining.
→ Maintain #recruitment records and reports.

✅ ELIGIBILITY

▸ #Graduate / #MBA (#HR preferred)
▸ Good #communication skills
▸ #Freshers can apply

💡 INCENTIVE POLICY

▸ ₹50 per successful #joining.
▸ First 2 daily #joinings are included in the #salary.
▸ From the 3rd #joining onwards, ₹50 per joining will be paid as an additional #incentive.
▸ #Target: Minimum 3 successful joinings per day.
