KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding coordination.
- Understand business requirements and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role expectations.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, professional networks, recruitment vendors, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist profiles based on defined job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Support hiring across IT, Non-IT, Sales, Tele-sales, B2B, and other business functions.
- Assist with volume, bulk, lateral, and entry-level hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer management, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
- Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within defined hiring timelines.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Prior internship or practical exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.
