Laverne Fintech (Indian arm of Laverne Capital Pty Ltd, Australia) is a fast-growing global financial services organization specializing in insurance, financial planning, home loans, and investment solutions.

We are currently looking for a Junior HR Executive / HR Trainee to join our dynamic team in Vadodara.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Supporting HR operations and employee engagement activities
• Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives

🎯 Who can apply:
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
•Preferred female candidates

💰 CTC: Up to ₹2.2 LPA + Petrol Allowance + Punctuality Bonus
