Human Resources Virtual Intern

📍 Location: Remote
⏳ Internship Duration: 3–6 Months.

The GAO Tek Inc. is looking for enthusiastic male and female candidates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews with senior HR staff.
• Communicate with applicants via email and LinkedIn, and follow up throughout the hiring process.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
✓ Students or graduates in HR, Business, Journalism, Arts, or related fields.
✓ Strong English communication skills.
✓ High school graduates (12th/+2) who are passionate about HR are also encouraged to apply.
✓ Eager to learn, self-motivated, and committed to completing the internship.
