• Client onboarding & ERP implementation
• Requirement understanding & software configuration
• Data migration & validation
• Product demos & user training
• Client coordination & query resolution
• Ensure smooth go-live & customer satisfaction
Requirements:
✔️ Experience in SaaS / ERP / PMS
✔️ Strong communication & coordination skills
✔️ Good knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in BBA, IT, BCA or related field
