Youwillbealignedwith our Customer Supportverticalandhelpusinmanaging/resolvingcustomersquery, handlingescalationsandcomplaintsofthedissatisfiedcustomersgivingbestresolutions. Youwillalsoberesponsibleforclosingthefaultandcomplaintswith in SLAs. Weareseekingadetail-orientedandcustomer-focusedprofessionaltojoin our HRContact Centerteamwithin the Next Generati on Customer Operationsprocess. Thisroleisdedicatedtoenhancingemployeeandcustomerservicethroughstructuredandoptimizedprocesses. Youwillberesponsibleforhandlingqueriesfromemployees, customers, andvendorsofourclientorganizationswhileensuringseamless, personalizedinteractions. Therolerequiresstrongcommunicationandserviceskillstomanageablendedsupportprocess with 60-70%ofinteractionshandledviacallsandtheremainingvolumedividedbetweenemailsandchats. Deliverservicesprimarilycateringto the USregion, requiringnightshiftavailabilityasper IST. Strongproblem-solvingandcritical/logicalthinkingabilitiesareessential. Previousexperienceincustomeroremployeesupportisaplus.
