Gladia Men is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad! 🚀
If you’re passionate about influencer marketing, content creation, social media, and the men’s grooming space, this could be the opportunity for you.
🎯 What You’ll Do
✅ Discover and onboard Micro, Macro & Celebrity Influencers
✅ Manage barter, paid collaborations & product seeding campaigns
✅ Coordinate with creators from outreach to final content delivery
✅ Create campaign briefs and communicate brand requirements
✅ Track campaign performance, engagement & overall effectiveness
✅ Build strong, long-term relationships with creators & agencies
✅ Repurpose influencer content for Reels, Ads, Shorts & Websites
✅ Edit content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools
✅ Stay updated on creator trends, competitors & emerging opportunities
✅ Work closely with the marketing & creative teams
🔎 What We’re Looking For
• Freshers are welcome to apply! 🎓
• Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube
• Good communication, coordination & negotiation skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
• Good organizational & time-management skills
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus
• Interest in Men’s Grooming, Haircare, Skincare & D2C is a bonus
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have
• Influencer marketing experience
• UGC campaign experience
• Knowledge of Meta Ads & social media analytics
• Google Sheets / Excel knowledge
• Basic photography or videography skills
