1. Influencer Marketing Intern
→ Talk to creators, negotiate deals, close them
→ Coordinate with creators through the shoot — you own the relationship
→ Keep timelines tight, keep creators accountable
2. Content Production Intern
→ QC every video before it goes out, nothing sloppy passes
→ Keep production on flow, no bottlenecks
→ Be the point of contact with brand POCs — updates, approvals, feedback loops

→ Communication skills that get results
→ Ownership. You don't wait to be told something's off
→ Hustle. No hand-holding here.
Remote. Lucknow-based candidates preferred and appreciated.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Eye Media Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:

- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
