Role&responsibilities

- Conductclientmeetings, sitevisits, andpresentationstobuildtrustandstrengthencustomerrelationships.
- Explainproductofferings, executionprocess, pricing, andcompany USPstopotentialcustomers.
- Prepareandpresentquotations, proposals, andsalespresentations.
- Followupregularlywithprospectsanddrivethesalesprocessuntilbookingamountcollection.
- Negotiatecommercialtermsandaddresscustomerconcernstoachievesuccessfulclosures.
- Meetandexceedmonthlyrevenueandsalestargets.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Design, and Project Managementteamstoensureasmoothcustomerjourney.
- Maintainrelationshipswithexistingcustomersforrepeatbusinessandreferrals.
- Handlecustomerescalations, revisionsinquotations, andproject-relateddiscussions.
- Maintainaccuratesalesrecords, reports, andcustomerinformation in CRMsystems.
- Travelwithinthecityforclientmeetings, propertyvisits, andprojectdiscussionswheneverrequired.
- Monitormarkettrends, competitoractivities, andcustomerpreferencestoidentifybusinessopportunities.

Going for the Sales role at NoBroker? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
