At Designheed, we’re growing our Sales & Business Development team and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join us.
You’ll be responsible for:
📞 Cold calling
📩 Cold email outreach
🔎 Prospect & decision-maker research
💬 LinkedIn outreach
🔄 Consistent follow-ups
🎯 Lead qualification
📅 Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
Who are we looking for?
0–5 years of experience
We’d especially like to hear from candidates with backgrounds in:
🏗️ AEC / Architecture / Engineering / BIM / MEP
💼 Staffing / Recruitment / Outsourcing
💻 B2B SaaS / Technology
📈 B2B Sales / Business Development
Freshers are welcome if you have strong communication skills, confidence, curiosity, persistence, and a genuine interest in sales.

Going for the Sales role at Designheed? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
