Rrootofly Online Services is looking for a Female Inside Software Sales Executive to join our growing team and help businesses discover the right Software, ERP & SaaS solutions.

📍 Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives
🎯 Experience: 0–5 Years
🔥 Immediate Joiners Preferred

💻 YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers
🎯 Generate, qualify & manage sales leads
💻 Explain Software, ERP & SaaS products
📊 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
🖥️ Conduct product demonstrations through phone/video meetings
🔄 Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
💰 Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals
📈 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
📝 Maintain leads, follow-ups & sales activities in CRM
🤝 Build strong and long-term customer relationships

✔ Excellent communication & convincing skills
✔ Good Hindi, Bengali & English communication
✔ Confident telephone conversation skills
✔ Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
✔ Good negotiation & objection-handling skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Ability to understand and explain software products
✔ Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
