Insights Intern
We’re hiring: ORM and Insights Intern (Online Response Management)
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team at WPP Media and support our Online Response Management function.
📋 What You'll Do:
• Monitor and manage our brand's presence across digital platforms (social media, review sites, forums)
• Draft timely, professional responses to customer queries, reviews, and comments
• Track response metrics and maintain response logs
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams
• Assist in building response templates
✅ Who We're Looking For:
• Interested in Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with social media platforms and online tools
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand tone across all responses
• Eager to learn and take ownership
📍 Location: Mumbai
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
