Location - Gurgaon / Noida
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oracle failed cases – Timely resolution to ensure uninterrupted rider payouts.
GIG payout-related issues – Tracking and resolution of payout queries.
Poster creation – Designing creatives for WhatsApp communication and blasts.
Reporting & MIS activities – Sheet updates, report preparation, and other manual data-related tasks.
Adhoc peak activities – Supporting additional operational requirements as needed during the peak.
- Commission Model ID Verification – Within the Commission Model process, reviews the submitted form responses and verifies that each mapped ID is correctly validated.
- GST Invoice Note on Google Sheets – Maintaining the tracker and regularly following up on pending GST invoices.
- GST UTR Reconciliation – Updating the GST UTR reports and reconciling them as required.
- Incentive Backup Data Maintenance – Keeping the incentive records organized and up to date on the shared sheet.
