We're hiring interns for Training & New Initiatives at Imarticus Learning.
If you've ever wanted a front-row seat to how strategy actually gets built - not just studied in a classroom, but shaped, pitched, and executed - this is that seat.

We at the Training & New Initiatives team at Imarticus Learning, are looking for a curious, driven intern to work directly with us on:

💡Ideating and shaping strategy for new initiatives across the Career Academy
💡 Supporting on-ground execution for projects spanning Centre of Excellence, Sales Enablement, and Alumni Relations
💡Helping build frameworks, decks, and trackers that leadership actually uses
💡 Getting a real seat in the room where decisions get made and not just notes from the meeting after

This isn't a "fetch coffee and make slides" internship. You'll be expected to think, question, and contribute; and in return, you'll learn how a strategy team actually operates inside a fast-moving education company.

🎯 Open to students and recent graduates who are sharp, ask good questions, and aren't afraid to take ownership
