About the Team:
The Financial Planning Analysis(FPA)teamisastrategicpillarwith in Pay Us Finance Organization, responsiblefordrivingdata-drivendecisionmakingandfinancialinsightsacrosstheorganization. Ourteampartnersclosely with Business Operations, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadershiptoprovidecomprehensivefinancialanalysis, forecasting, andstrategicplanningsupport. Wemanageannualbudgetingprocesses, quarterlybusinessreviews, financialmodeling, andperformanceanalyticswhilesupporting Pay Usdynamicgrowthtrajectoryinthefintechspace. About the Role:
Weareseekingananalyticalanddetail-oriented FPAInterntojoinourhigh-performing Financeteam for CAinternshipprogram. Thisroleprovidesexceptionalexposuretofinancialplanning, analysis, andstrategicfinancewithintherapidlyevolvingfintechecosystem. Theinternwillcollaboratewithseni or FPAprofessionalsandgaincomprehensiveexperienceinbudgeting, forecasting, financialmodeling, andbusinesspartnering. Thispositionisperfectforsomeonepassionateaboutbuildingacareerinfinancialanalysis, strategicplanning, andbusinessintelligencewithinthedigitalpaymentsandfinancialservicesindustry.
Responsibilities:
• Assistinmonthly, quarterly, andannualfinancialplanningandforecastingprocessesacrossbusinessunits

• Developandmaintainfinancialmodels, dashboards, andreportingtemplatestosupportbusinessanalysis

• Analyzevariancebetweenactualperformanceandbudget/forecast, identifyingkeydriversandtrends

• Supportpreparationofexecutive-levelpresentationsandboardmaterialswithfinancialinsightsandcommentary

• Conductfinancialanalysisonnewbusinessinitiatives, productlaunches, andmarketexpansionopportunities

• Maintainandenhanceautomatedreportingprocessesusingadvanced Excelfunctions and BItools

• Assistinannualbudgetingprocessincludingdatagathering, consolidation, andscenariomodeling

• Monitorkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)andbusinessmetrics, preparingregularperformancesummaries

• Supportad-hocfinancialanalysisrequestsfrombusinessstakeholdersandseniormanagement

• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstounderstandbusinessdriversandtranslatethemintofinancialimpact

• Helpstreamline FPAprocessesandcontributetosystemoptimizationandautomationinitiatives

• Researchindustrybenchmarksandcompetitiveanalysistosupportstrategicplanninginitiatives

Requirements:
• Currentlypursuingorrecentlycompleted Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, orrelatedfield

• Strongacademicperformancewithemphasisonfinance, accounting, orquantitativeanalysiscoursework

• Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel(financialmodeling, pivottables, complexformulas, dataanalysis)

• Basicunderstandingoffinancialstatements, accountingprinciples, andfinancialmetrics

• Experiencewithdatavisualizationtools(Power BI, Tableau)orwillingnesstolearn

• Stronganalyticalandquantitativeproblem-solvingskills

• Excellentattentiontodetailwithabilitytoworkwithlargedatasetsaccurately

• Outstandingwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswithabilitytopresentcomplexinformationclearly

• Demonstratedabilitytoworkindependentlywhilemanagingmultipleprioritiesanddeadlines

• Proactivelearningmindsetwithadaptabilitytofast-paced, dynamicbusinessenvironment

• Previousinternshipexperienceinfinance, consulting, oranalytics(preferred)

• Familiarity with ERPsystems(SAP, Oracle)orfinancialplanningsoftware(preferred)

• Experience with SQL, Python, orotherdataanalysistools(preferred)
