Role Overview:
Wearelookingfor a Company Secretary(CS)Traineewhoiscurrentlypursuing their CScourseandneedstocompletethemandatoryinternshipaspertheguidelines of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI). Theinternwillworkcloselywith our Legal Complianceteamandgainhands-onexposuretocorporatesecretarialpractices, governanceframeworks, andregulatoryfilingsofadynamicfintechenvironment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assistindrafting, reviewing, andmaintainingstatutoryrecords, registers, andminutes of Board/Committee/General Meetings.

• Supportinthepreparationandfilingofvarious ROCforms(MCAfilings).

• Helpensurecompliancewith the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBIregulations, RBIguidelines, andotherapplicablelaws.

• Assistinhandlingsecretarialworkforgroupentitiesandsubsidiaries.

• Coordinatewithinternalstakeholdersandexternaladvisorsforsecretarialandlegalmatters.

• Contributetothepreparationofdocumentsforannualreports, audits, andstatutorydisclosures.

• Stayupdatedwithchangesincompanylawandotherrelevantcorporateregulations.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Musthavecompleted Executive Level of CSandbeeligible for 21 monthstrainingasper ICSInorms.

• Goodacademicbackgroundandastronginterest in Corporate Law and Compliance.

• Availabletoworkfull-time from Pay Us Mumbaioffice.

Skills Competencies:
• Strongunderstanding of Companies Act and Secretarial Standards.

• Gooddraftingandcommunicationskills.

• Detail-orientedandorganized.

• Proficient in MSOffice(Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Abilitytomanagedeadlinesandmultitaskinafast-pacedenvironment.
