Intern
Your internship can have a purpose beyond experience.
Most internships give you a certificate. A few give you skills.
Only some give you purpose.
At Pehchaan The Street School, your internship is not just about building your resume. It's about building someone's future.
Your content reaches a child who wants to learn.
Your teaching helps a child write his name for the first time.
Your management helps run a centre where 1600+ children learn every weekend.
You will learn content, teaching, HR, social media and management. But more importantly, you will learn what leadership and empathy truly mean.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Pehchaan The Street School? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
