You'll be in the middle of live travel operations — pricing validation, rate negotiations with hotels, fixing inventory gaps, costing bookings. Things that actually affect the business.

What you'll get:
1. Build a category from scratch. 0 to 1.
2. Work across teams — commercial, product, ops
3. See how real business decisions get made
4. Leave with something to show, not just something to say

What I'm looking for:
1. You move fast and don't wait to be hand-held
2. You question things that don't make sense
3. Comfortable with numbers and data
4. You've used AI tools and know how to figure out new ones
5. You can make a case and convince people
