Intern Program Management

We at Delhivery are hiring Intern – Program Management (Rapid Commerce)

Location - Bangalore
Preferably local candidates, or from nearby locations

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and result-oriented intern for Rapid Commerce

Roles & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
1. Operations coordination and management
2. Bridge between the Operations and Tech teams
3. Client, Customer support and stakeholder management
4. Conduct training sessions for store staff
5. Assist in creating and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the ground.

Required:
* Minimum Graduates (preferably CS / IT background)
* 6 days of work (Monday to Saturday)
* Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and other cities as required
* Strong communication skills
* Basic understanding of operations/processes is a plus
