🚀 We're hiring an Intern - R&D & Operations at Midnight
Midnight Solutions is building in the makhana and extruded snack space, and we're looking for someone curious about food tech, formulation, and supply chain to join us.
What you'll work on:
🔹 Formulation trials & documentation (BOM, variance tracking) for our extruded snack line
🔹 SOP development for R&D
🔹 Vendor coordination
🔹 Market intelligence - quick commerce & D2C landscape
Who we're looking for:
✅ Background in Food Technology / Food Science / related field
✅ Interest in FMCG, food manufacturing, or supply chain
✅ Comfortable with Excel, documentation, and ground-level coordination
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
