𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗔 | Sholinganallur, Chennai
INCREVA is expanding its Recruitment Consulting and Business Advisory practice and is looking for a confident, articulate and client-ready professional to join our team.

This is an entry-level opportunity offering hands-on exposure to Business Development, Client Management, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Consulting.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Identify and develop new clients through cold calling, networking and market outreach
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Understand client requirements and manage them through to closure
• Source, screen and coordinate candidates through the recruitment lifecycle
• Drive interview coordination, offer closure and candidate joining
• Ensure post-joining follow-up and client engagement
• Coordinate billing and payment follow-ups with clients
• Participate in client meetings and business development activities
• Travel for client engagement and business development as required

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
We are looking for someone who is:
• Bold, Confident and Highly presentable
• Excellent in spoken English and professional communication
• Comfortable speaking with clients and senior professionals
• Proactive, persuasive and relationship-oriented
• Strong in follow-up and execution
• Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
• Willing to travel when required

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome. Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory; communication, confidence, personality and learning agility will be valued.
