Procentris India is pleased to invite applications for the position of Intern – School Outreach & CSR Program Coordinator to support a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

This initiative is dedicated to helping children aged 4–9 years develop a lifelong love for mathematics through a unique, engaging, No-Tech learning methodology that transforms mathematics into a fun, interactive classroom game. Our initial focus is on schools across Kolkata and nearby areas, where we aim to build strong partnerships and create lasting educational impact.

Your Role:-
As an Intern, you will play a key role in expanding this initiative by working closely with schools, teachers, and the Procentris CSR team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and contacting schools through telephone, email, and other professional communication channels.
Introducing and explaining the CSR initiative to school principals, administrators, and teachers.
Scheduling meetings and following up until participation is confirmed.
Coordinating with the Procentris CSR team to organize program schedules and logistics.
Maintaining records of outreach activities, school interactions, and event schedules.
Preparing simple reports and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
Collecting post-session feedback, photographs, videos, and documentation.
In addition, depending on volunteer availability, you may also be trained to conduct the classroom sessions yourself at participating schools. The program is simple, interactive, and designed so that children learn through guided play rather than traditional teaching. Full training and support will be provided before you conduct any sessions.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:-
Has excellent spoken and written English.
Is confident communicating with school principals, administrators, and teachers.
Possesses strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
Is comfortable using MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and online meeting tools.
Enjoys interacting with children and is passionate about education, community service, and creating social impact.
Is comfortable speaking before small classroom groups after receiving training.
