Key Responsibilities
• Assistinsourcing, interviewschedulingandoperationalacitvities.

• Sourcecandidatesthroughjobportals, Linked In, socialmediaplatforms, referrals, andinternaldatabases.

• Screenresumesandshortlistsuitablecandidatesbasedonjobrequirements.

• Conductinitial HRscreeningcallsandassesscandidatefit.

• Scheduleandcoordinateinterviewswithhiringmanagersandstakeholders.

• Maintaincandidaterecordsandupdate the Applicant Tracking System(ATS).

• Ensureapositivecandidateexperiencethroughoutthehiringprocess.

• Assistinonboardingactivities.

Required Qualifications&Skills
• Bachelor'sdegree in Hum an Resources, Business Administration.

• 0 to 2 yearsofexperience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, orrelatedinternships.

• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.

• Stronginterpersonalandstakeholdermanagementskills.

• Goodorganizational, multitasking, andtime-managementabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications(Excel, Word, Power Point).

• Familiaritywithjobportalssuc has Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, etc., ispreferred.

• Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedanddynamicenvironment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Priorinternshiporprojectexperienceinrecruitment or HR.

• Basicunderstandingofrecruitmentprocesses and Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS).

• Exposuretosourcingtechniques, talentmapping, andcandidateengagement.

• Experienceorexposure to Automotive Manufacturing, Au to Components, etc.

• Understandingofmanufacturingplanthiring, shop-floorrecruitment, orengineeringtalentacquisitionisanaddedbenefit.
