Theroleinvolveshandlinginternationalhiringrequirements, candidatesourcing, screening, coordination, andonboardingactivities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manageend-to-endrecruitmentforinternationalhiringrequirements.

• Sourcecandidatesthroughjobportals, socialmedia, databases, andreferrals.

• Screenandassesscandidateprofilesasperclientrequirements.

• Coordinateinterviewsandfollowupwithcandidatesthroughoutthehiringprocess.

• Maintaincandidaterecordsandrecruitmentdatausing CRM/ATStools.

• Stayupdatedongloballabormarkets, visaprocesses, andmigrationtrends.

• Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensuretimelyclosuresofpositions.

• Buildandmaintainastrongtalentpipelineforongoingandfuturerequirements.

Salary: 20000 INRPer Month
