If you've worked in conveyor systems, automation, or manufacturing sales — this role was written for you.
🎯 WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
01 → Generate & close international B2B leads for conveyor chains & automation products
02 → Build relationships with overseas distributors, plant managers & procurement heads
03 → Manage full sales cycle — cold outreach → technical pitch → purchase order
04 → Coordinate with dispatch & operations for seamless global deliveries
05 → Represent ATC Chains at trade shows, expos & international platforms
💡 WHO FITS PERFECTLY:
🎓 BBA / MBA / B.Com (International Business preferred)
💬 Excellent English — written & spoken (non-negotiable)
⚙️ Background in Conveyor / Automation / Industrial sector — STRONG PREFERENCE
📦 Export / Import process understanding — big advantage

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at ATC Chains? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
