About the Role
We are hiring International Sales Specialists for a fast-paced EdTech environment. The role focuses on international customer engagement, outbound sales, lead qualification, conversions, upselling, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls and follow up with international leads.
* Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Qualify leads and convert opportunities into sales.
* Handle upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve sales targets while maintaining customer-service standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Graduation is mandatory.
* Excellent English communication, pronunciation, listening, and presentation skills.
* Strong sales mindset and customer-service orientation.
* Confident, persuasive, target-driven, and willing to learn.
* Genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales.
* Comfortable working rotational/night shifts from the Bangalore office.
* Age limit: Up to 33 years.
Compensation
Freshers: â‚ą4 LPA Fixed + â‚ą4 LPA Variable
Training: â‚ą20K/month for first 2 months + incentives
9–12 Months EdTech Direct Sales Experience: ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: Additional ₹36,000 per annum.
Important: Direct sales/closing experience is required for experienced candidates. Pre-sales experience is not considered relevant. Candidates from other domains or customer support may be considered as freshers.
