We're looking for passionate, energetic, and target-driven professionals to join our team as an International Sales Specialist. 💼 Position: International Sales Specialist (US Shift)
💰 Compensation:🎓 Freshers (Internship/Probation)
₹20,000/month Stipend during Internship/Probation
After successful completion:
CTC: ₹8 LPA
₹4 LPA Fixed
₹4 LPA Variable (Paid Monthly)

Experienced Candidates (Direct Full-Time)
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & interview process) + monthly incentives .

📍 Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout
🕘 Work Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
⏰ Shift: US Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Monday to Saturday

*Connect with international (US) customers through outbound calls
*Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs Generate and qualify leads
*Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
*Build long-term customer relationships
*Achieve monthly sales targets
*Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
