🕘 Shift: US Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)
🎥 Interview Mode: Virtual

💰 Compensation

Freshers (Internship):

* ₹20,000/month stipend during probation
* Conversion to ₹8 LPA CTC (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable)

Experienced Candidates:

* Up to ₹6 LPA CTC (Based on experience & interview performance)

✅ Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Explain Codeyoung’s products and services effectively.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Achieve sales targets through excellent communication and relationship building.

🎯 Eligibility

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong presentation & customer service skills
✔ Positive learning attitude and enthusiasm
✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
