Day 14 of My Internship Journey 📊🚀

Today was another productive day of learning, practical work, and professional exposure during my internship journey.

I continued strengthening my Microsoft Excel skills and worked on dashboard-related tasks. I practiced data filtering, sorting, manipulation, and organization while focusing on improving the way data can be presented through dashboards and visualizations.

Alongside my technical work, I continued contributing to the recruitment and candidate screening process. I reviewed and filtered resumes, identified suitable candidates for further consideration, conducted interviews, and coordinated with candidates throughout the recruitment workflow.

I also spent time on startup activity and business learning by watching and analyzing a Shark Tank episode. It helped me understand innovative business ideas, problem-solving approaches, business models, pitching, valuation, and the importance of communicating an idea effectively.

What I value most about this internship is the opportunity to combine technical learning with real-world responsibilities. Excel and dashboard work are helping strengthen my analytical foundation, while recruitment and startup activities are developing my communication, evaluation, coordination, and business-thinking skills.

The main focus of Day 14 was continuous improvement through practice and practical exposure. Every new task is giving me an opportunity to learn something different and become more confident in a professional environment.
