• Outbound Calling: Conductreal-timeoutboundcallswithindedicatedcallingslots, ensuringtimelyfollow-upsandmaximumconnectrates.

• Interest Capture: Identifyandrecorduserinterestin the Weight Wiseprogramaccuratelyinthetracker.

• Resource Optimization: Focushumaneffortonmeaningfulconversationsunderstandingintent, buildingtrust, andaddressingobjectionseffectively.

• Multilingual Communication: Engagewithcustomersfluentlyinboth English and Hindi, switchinglanguagesbasedoncustomercomfort.
