• Respondtoprogramerrormessagesbyfindingandcorrectingproblemsorterminatingtheprogram.

• Providetechnicalguidanceandrecommendationstoresolvebusinessproblems.

• Refermajorhardware/softwareproblemsordefectiveproductstovendorsortechniciansforservice.

• Entercommandsandactivatecontrolsoncomputerandperipheralequipment(eg, printers)tointegrateandoperateequipment.

• Maintainandupgradehardwareandsoftware, includingperipherals(eg, printers, scanners)andwebsitetechnicalarchitecturerelatedtohardwareandtelecommunicationconnectivity.

• Reportworkrelatedaccidents, orotherinjuriesimmediatelyuponoccurrencetomanager/supervisor.

• Identifyandcorrectunsafeworkproceduresorconditionsand/orreportthemtomanagementandsecurity/safetypersonnel.

• Followpropertyspecificproceduresforhandlingemergencysituations(eg, evacuations, medicalemergencies, naturaldisasters).

• Talkwithandlistentootheremployeestoeffectivelyexchangeinformation.

• Exchangeinformationwithotheremployeesusingelectronicdevices(eg, pagersandtwo-wayradios, email).

• Readandvisuallyverifyinformationinavarietyofformats(eg, smallprint).

• Visuallyinspecttools, equipment, ormachines(eg, toidentifydefects).

• Enterandlocatework-relatedinformationusingcomputersand/orpointofsalesystems.

• Reachoverheadandbelowtheknees, includingbending, twisting, pulling, andstooping.

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, andplaceobjectsweighinglessthanorequal to 50 poundswithoutassistance.

• Performotherreasonablejobdutiesasrequested by Supervisors.

Education: Highschooldiploma or G. E. D.equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Norelatedworkexperience.
