Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic IT infrastructure.
Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper tracking of company devices.
Support data backup, security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Assist in resolving day-to-day technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Coordinate with external IT vendors whenever required.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and common IT tools.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in an office environment.
Freshers and candidates with relevant project experience are welcome.
