About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven IT Recruiters and HR Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in Technical Hiring and Embedded Systems Recruitment while working closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
Software Development Roles
Embedded Systems Engineers
Electronics & Firmware Professionals
Technical and Engineering Positions
✅ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
✅ Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
✅ Work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).

Required Skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong English communication is mandatory.
✔ Passion for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
✔ Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
✔ Strong learning attitude and ownership mindset.
