What You’ll Do
• Source and attract qualified IT professionals through multiple channels
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Understand technical requirements and identify the right talent
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs

What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical job requirements
• Target-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
