• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant profiles
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support the team in end-to-end recruitment activities
